Alright, so I have been buying all kinds of things from Amazon after I first try it, and it's been good. After using many other websites I find amazon to be one most reliable site, I guess many will agree with that. But this new site everyone might have notice their ad or may be bought things they kinda have very interesting items at such an amazingly low rate, mostly Korean style. May be you got it right, it's club factory I'm talking about. I bought multiple items as they have a lot to choose and their minimum order requirement is around 2k in INR. Ah well it is more of a risk, waste of time and energy. Their product quality of the majority of the product was Bad with big B. I had to return more than half of it took just 3 items. However, they have learned the basics as of now, they refunded my money without question though I lost the courier charge which is fine. So that was ok however having no customer support to reach with many kinds of pathetic quality products is definitely a risk to try as of now until they improve. We will need to see how it goes!

Lets do Pompom
Pompom- the new perspective
Hello everyone, I think by now many of us have heard about pompom. They are pretty famous in the city for the kind of work they do, it's not fancy but important. They may not need an introduction but still let me say, pompom is a new service launched recently in Delhi to collect waste materials for recycling. They pick recyclable dry waste from our doorstep and pay us as per the rates they allotted, that's right. But it's not just the money I guess that matters.
The same pain
Everybody in Delhi knows how we go through everyday, just name any place. Starting from Vasant kunj to South extension hub, from Saket to Sultanpur almost every corner in Delhi suffers from these massive and rotten waste being disposed near the road side causing such a difficult way to pass by. Well, we have a long way to go to see a clean India. As per 2013 survey around 8,500 tonnes of solid waste are produced each day in Delhi alone. Moreover, 583 metric tonnes of plastic waste are generated a year in the city. And electronic waste is another rising waste component in the recent years. It's huge, right.Participating
But, pompom can be a great way to participate on household level for cleaner Delhi or Swachh Bharat in the big picture. Yes, and it's all about taking little by little responsibility to reduce the waste from dumping anywhere and causing such a mess we see. The less the waste the cleaner our surroundings will be. It's very simple, as we know there is biodegradable and non biodegradable (can be recycled mostly) waste, we need not throw all the waste together. Start from home we may dispose them separate...
For instance, we may put empty plastic bottles and containers in one bag, glass and jars in another, papers in one and other dry waste in another. Pompom takes almost everything including broken glasses and any sort of paper or plastic waste you know. Then after, we may call pompom in our suitable time using their app, their app is very easy to use. They will come to our doorstep for the pick up and pay by cash. When I first saw their logo on a van on the road, right then, I downloaded their app on my phone. Because you know how much waste we produce everyday counting from old receipts, paper covers to water bottles. I have called them and used their service many times now. Their service was good, they called me before they reach and their on site staffs are good enough. And I felt good because instead of throwing all the waste I gave it to them to be recycled.
Being HopefulEarlier we dump all types of waste together, because we didn't have an option, may be. But now with pompom we all can join for a cleaner city by recycling and reducing the waste. When we all come together I believe it can really make the difference and thank you guys for stopping by, take care.

Mega 4G plan - Reliance Jio to launch September 5th
I can't miss this news to be published in my blog, Reliance being my first and one time favorite network.
Cool, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) Chairman Mukesh Ambani has made the big announcement to launch 4G mobile network, Reliance Jio, so as to enrich every Indian's life. And it will give free domestic calls and roaming charges.
While addressing the company’s 42th annual general meeting in Mumbai for an hour, Mr. Ambani said that Reliance Jio would cover 90 per cent of India's 1.25 billion population by March 2017 and would ultimately cover 18,000 cities and 200,000 villages.
They are also said to tie up with around 20 different smartphone brands including Samsung, Micromax and LG to associate with 4G Jio SIM cards providing free voice calls and data for first 3 months.
Targeting 100 million customers
The company aims to absorb 100 million customers in the shortest possible time after the launch of 4G network across the country, woof.
Mr. Ambani has put forth a ‘welcome offer’ for Jio customers from September 5 to December 31, 2016. The welcome offer will include free data services for four months, after which it will have options to choose from 10 tariff plans starting Rs 19 a day for occasional users, Rs 149 a month for moderate users and Rs 4,999 a month for heavy data users.
The company also plan to provide “super-affordable” handsets under the LYF brand, starting Rs 2999.
The salient features of the Reliance Jio plan are
1. Free voice calls
2. Zero roaming charges
3. 45 plans at Rs.50 per GBStudents will get 25% more data
5. Free data services for the first 4 months after the launch
6. 10 different tariff plans starting at Rs 19 a day for limite users
7. Rs 149 a month for light users, Rs 4,999 a month for heavy data users
8. Achieve 100 million customers at the earliest.
9. "Super-affordable” handsets under the LYF brand starting at Rs 2999.
10. To be formally launched on September 5th 2016
And, it can be worthy to remember how reliance broke the world record by hitting one million subscribers in just 10 days in 2003 through their "Monsoon Hungama". They have been one of the most widely used network service provider in the country. Therefore, this time we can hope this will be a real gift to the nation on becoming Digital India.

Small but Big issue with Jabong
Side effects of Jabong and others....
Jabong.com
Hi everyone, I have something to say here, it is not to offend anybody or any firm. We all see Jabong is doing great in many ways, mostly with girls I suppose, and I'm kidding, it must be same. ...okay so, I was saying that Jabong seem to understand their customers' behavior and need pretty well. They show their acts in tune with the changing fashion trend, may be that's how they excel in the online market space tremendously. And I do appreciate that as a buyer.
And, I have been a regular customer for Jabong.com for a long time. Like many of us I bought a lot from them. Lately I was not able to deal with one thing, it was none other than their plastic packets that they used for packing most of their products. It might sound funny, but it became such an unmanageable concern to me. Like many of you, me being conscious about the environment and a clean city, I was forced to see the mess it might have been causing. If I had that many plastic packs in my house, they have million customers, how many plastics might have been used but not reused. It was like a huge environmental hazard in my eyes. I am away from them for quite a bit now, and half of the reason why I left is may be because of that. Seriously, I am telling the truth, small things kinda matter. It's like I wanna buy much but I don't wanna buy, it comes with too many plastics.

It's like I wanna buy much but I don't wanna buy, it comes with too many plastics.

Let's do the math, for Jabong alone, there is around 38 thousand orders daily (approx), making it to 11 lac 40 thousand a month, and 1 Crore, 36 lac, 80 thousand a year. If we remove 80 thousand for multi packing and use of boxes few times, remaining 1 crore 36 lac of plastics are produced in a year. It's a huge number I believe, and there are other similar players in the market.
It's almost late, I very much want Jabong to look into it and use something better, an environment friendly material for their packs, you know. Or they should promote recollection of the bags for recycling or something like that. They say "BE YOU" but this can be one of their big Social Responsibilities as an Organisation so I say, lets' "BE SAFE".
However, in this regard, other contenders like Myntra, Snapdeal, Amazon, Flipkart and others do have their share more or less. I see Amazon using more of boxes which is good enough at the moment, as they are biodegradable, and it can be reused or recycled too. We all need to look into this, it's high time. And I think it's not that small as we keep it out of our notice. The plastic they use has Level 4 (generally within a triangle mark) i.e Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). It says, it is considered safe, but is not often accepted by curbside recycling programs. Which means it is possible that it can't be recycled. But who knows, pompom collects everything now for recycling, so......we can hope for the best.
And dear folks, if you agree with me, drop your comments below, please do share it with your circle so that we can bring up the concern to their sight. Thank you.

Little Things Matter
Sometimes I think little things affect many things, or may be I was being impulsive or immature on my reaction perhaps but it's incredulous and funny, so lets share.
Airtel
Yo, Airtel has good network service but seriously one time, I thought not to use Airtel any more just because their hold tune (not in Delhi) was too bad. Will you guys laugh now? :) Yes, it's funny but see when you make a call for some issue and the Automated Response Time took long, hold tune was creepy, customer support was not helpful then we may get irritated. I was young you know and I even made a complain about it to change the tune. It seemed as if it was reaching heights of irritation. Sometimes it's a matter of instinct and feelings that influenced us. When I saw that they might not listen to it, then I changed my provider, it was simpler to do so, right! But the point is such a tune can infuse an unpleasant feeling on top of the little bad experience that a customer may face. And the unwanted factor should not be big enough to overload the other good things.
Vodafone.in
Well, for Vodafone, service and plan are good enough as per my experience, Customer support has been okay or bearable... :) So, it's easy to go along, I have no big complain while using Vodafone (postpaid) for straight 6 years now in Delhi. As we are talking about small things, in contrast to the concern with Airtel stated above the HOLD tune for Vodafone was kind of soothing. It was like, if an irate customer call, his or her anger will be cooled down by their interesting, good to hear tune.
Don't you guys recall it! they had a nice one, "You and I in this beautiful world". I would sing along imagining myself playing with the cute puppy, I think it happened to most of us. And now we have Zoozoo to play with, their story every time is so damn cute. It must be impacting viewers in a cool way. Whether we all realized it or not about these small effects, I think I can't be that wrong here...:)

Rise of the Giant- Snapdeal
It's a story
I remember the time when I was buying deals from Snapdeal.com. It was a nice experience as I was trying out new things throughout the city. I bought coupons for health, dental, beauty, spa, dining and more. And I used up many and missed few, not bad you know.
The change
After few months, while I started noticing Yebhi.com, Flipkart.com and ebay.in swiping into the online product market, I see snapdeal changed. May be they need it at that point of time, may be it was their call. But I was feeling unhappy as a customer as I liked the deals. But, less or no deals, only products, that's cool not bad.
The quality
When I try checking products in the snapdeal.com, it was disappointing in terms of product quality. There might be good ones possibly, but majority wasn't so. I tried many times, every time it was not satisfactory. So, me as a user left the site, meaning similar users might have acted the same way, making it a down sizing for them possibly. Coz they were very much out of sight after that.
The big move
After years snapdeal started appearing with a new complete makeover. They must have tried hard and that's been paid off as we see them today blooming as never before. They have improved in many different ways and stepped in with their giant call of casting Amir khan in their ad with an emotional touch. They tried to live with that standard reviving their users' trust back. And the bigger move that might have affected every Indian was their delivery throughout the country. That was the biggest loophole all other competitors had at the time. And they nailed it and made a come back with a huge success...right!
Result
They got their customers and their trust back. Me too, returned to them as a customer, don't have much complain, or bad experience till date. I believe understanding customers needs and maintaining their trust by providing better service help sustain the users and the business to grow simultaneously.....
